Luis F. Pérez, PhD, shares his personal experience and expertise in the field of inclusive design as a consultant, speaker, and author. Dr. Pérez is a Technical Assistance Specialist at CAST, focusing on accessible materials and technologies along with workforce development and postsecondary education. He earned his doctorate in special education from the University of South Florida, and in 2009, he was named an Apple Distinguished Educator. Dr. Pérez received the Outstanding Inclusive Educator award from ISTE in 2016.
